聚丙烯是丙烯加聚反应而成的聚合物。与聚bai丙烯（PP均聚物）du相比，无规共聚聚zhi丙烯改进了光学性能，提高了抗冲击性能，增加了挠性，降低了熔化温度，从而也降低了热熔接温度；同时在化学稳定性、水蒸汽隔离性能和器官感觉性能方面与均聚物基本相同。

聚丙烯广泛应用于服装、毛毯等纤维制品、医疗器械、汽车、自行车、零件、输送管道、化工容器等生产，也用于食品、药品包装。

共聚丙烯应用于吹塑、注塑、挤塑、薄膜和片材挤压加工领域，常用于自来水管、食品包装材料、医药包装材料和日常消费品。
